The Sundered Houses

Noble CoalitionActive And Ascendant

A coalition of powerful noble houses whose military display and political authority shape the public life of Dol-Makjar.

Faction profile

Overview

The Sundered Houses are a coalition of noble houses active in Dol-Makjar. Soldiers escorting Thjazi Fang display the crests of Houses Tachonis, Halovar, Royce, Einfasen and Cormoray. Lords and ladies of the coalition occupy the execution viewing areas and use trumpets, heraldry and armed retainers as a coordinated show of force. Bolaire later recognises Thjazi’s death as the first execution in Dol-Makjar carried out exclusively under the Chamber of Lords-Advisory and as an auspicious expansion of Sundered House power.
